1. Financial Reports / Update on Earmarking*

LHSL – Kimberly Alexander
The League paid the invoice for the socks and shirts that were ordered, but these can be used for next spring. No Financial Statement available.

Lions – Lauren Farshler
There are no practices being held due to COVID-19. The club is collecting dues through March, but April, May, and June will be a wash. Money paid in advance will either be forwarded to next season of refunded ($550).

2. Paying the Registrars – Bre Kistler
Though the seasons could not be played, the work of registrars was essentially done and they now must consider additional work as refunds are processed, so Bre would still like to be paid per the bylaws: $1000 per season, $2/player (approximately $1500). Robert Starkey makes a motion to pay the amount indicated in the bylaws. Ezekiel Kesitilwe seconds the motion. Motion passes unanimously. The League decides to table Lauren's pay for later discussion.
